1. The executive committee has decided to donate Lenovo Tab M10 HD(2G RAM,16GB Storage,Wi-fi+4G Connectivity,10 Inch Display) costing Rs. 13999/TAB and also SIM Card with Internet Data Pack for 3 Months to the needy students. Since the TABs are given by the Alumni as a gift to the students they can retain it with them.
2. Resolved to ask the School to provide the list of needy students with their Name, Class, address and contact number.
3. Resolved to request each Alumni Batch to contribute money equivalent to the cost of Minimum one TAB to the Alumni Association Account. Batches who can donate the cost of more than one TAB can do so as committed by many Batches already.
4. Executive committee has proposed to complete all the process and donate the TAB by 11th July 2020.
